Happy New Year!

Dear friends,

Another year is through... I have been thinking about this, why this year passed so quickly. Was it because I was too busy? Not paying attention while time went by like an arrow towards its target? "But which target?", one may ask.

I looked for excuses to justify my omissions. I even tried to fool myself, thinking out loud: "It is always like this, remember last year? It was the same!" Was it?

My first idea was to send a brief Happy Holidays message, wishing you all a Happy New Year and such. However this year, since it was not a convetional year for me, I decided to write something different. In 2008 I faced myself through major changes: country (and continent), work, acquaintances (and why not say friends?), lifestyle and so many others I could name. So, instead of wishing you all a Happy 2009, I ask you to think over this ending year. Stop for a while to think:

How was 2008?

Have I enjoyed it correctly?

Have I done the right things?

Have I fulfilled my dreams, or have I postponed them to 2009?

I say this because we let beside many of our wishes, thinking that the best would be to postpone them to the approaching year. Remember the dreams you had postponed to 2008? Where are they?

I hope most of your dreams had come into reality in 2008. But if this is not completely true, please do not use 2009 as an excuse to postpone them... run for it! There is still time!

[Now to the real facts! LOL!]

I wish you all the best in 2009! That your lives are fulfilled with good things, but if sad moments come by, don't give up... use them as a reason to become better a person!

Even if you fall, never stop moving forward!
